We are looking for highly-motivated candidates to apply for PhD fellowships to pursue a doctoral thesis in the group of Dr. Dmitry Sinelshchikov at Instituto Biofisika (CSIC-UPV/EHU).
The research will focus on the development novel mathematical models in biophysics and methods for their investigation. Possible specific topics include but not limited to mathematical modelling of cavitation processes with applications to biomedicine, mathematical modelling of wound healing and mathematical modeling of neural systems. There is also an opportunity to develop and apply analytical and numerical methods for studying dynamical systems.
