We have an immediately available predoctoral position in the laboratory of Dr. Jerome Solon, within the Spanish Ministry Programme “Ayudas para contratos predoctorales para la formación de doctores/as”. The position is funded for the complete PhD Thesis, for 4 years.
The position would involve combination of experimental work and analysis to unravel the mechanism of tissue remodeling during Drosophila embryo development. Particularly, we will aim at deciphering the connection between tissue remodeling and nuclear mechanics during morphogenesis. This work will be performed in the Jerome Solon’s laboratory at the Biofisika Institute.
