Rajesh Ramachandran studies the molecular and membrane mechanisms that control mitochondrial shape and division. The seminar examines how membrane lipids cooperate with dynamin-related proteins to remodel and sever mitochondrial membranes, and how these processes influence cellular physiology and disease.
