We are looking for candidates with a PhD degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biomedicine or related disciplines.
The successful candidate must be skilled and experienced in heterologous protein expression in prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems (insect and mammalian cells), protein purification and initial biochemical/biophysical characterization (SEC-MALLS, DLS, circular dichroism, DSF, ITC, SPR), and sample preparation for structural studies (crystallization, specimen vitrification for cryo-electron microscopy).
