Research Goal
We aim to understand the role of membrane mechanics and protein dynamics involved in different cellular processes. In particular, we are focussed on immunological synapse, viral infection and embriogenesis. We use a wide range of systems (u to embryos) and technics, particularly HS-AFM and Fast-FLIM.
